Via John Rohde of the Oklahoman, Nick Collison will miss tonight’s game versus Golden State because of a left ankle sprain. Collison suffered the injury in the first half against Portland. After tonight, he’ll be listed as day-to-day.
Nate Robinson though, has been activated. He’s been out since March 4 because of arthroscopic knee surgery. He’s only appeared once for the Thunder since being traded from Boston, scoring six points in eight minutes.
It’s unlikely Robinson finds a spot in the rotation, but he’ll be an extra option for Scott Brooks off the bench. And now he can get back to doing his fun bench celebration after every 3-point make.

Mullens will not even take his warmup off. He has never seen 20 mins. in one game during his whole NBA career. Why start now?

Boy will we miss Colli tonite. Alrich get reps?
Most likely Mullins will get the minutes….i heard from Russokc that BJ was called up from Tulsa and is expected to get at least 20mins!
This won’t happen.
It's not entirely inconceivable that they would give Mullens a couple minutes playing next to Nazr. He's mobile enough to play limited minutes at PF and he can stretch the floor a little.
But, you're right. I won't happen lol.
are you saying that Russokc does not know what he is talking about??
Ever.

Tough news on Collison, but he needs the rest. We should be able to beat the Warriors without him. Great news for Nate and the Thunder, though! I know he doesn't play much, but he brings energy and is a sparkplug

Unless we're up by 20, I hope not. I'd much rather it be a heavier dosage of mohammed myself, but I'm not so sure what he has left in those legs in terms of big minutes... I'm assuming this is also why mullens was recalled.
@Daniel Plainview
smallball probably with durant at the 4
@kfmsooner
I suspect you're probably right. What cracked me up about Collison being out is that he was already playing hurt, apparently. One twisted ankle isn't enough to knock him out of a game, but two are, I guess. Ya gotta love the boy's tenacity!

I predict KD at the '4' a lot tonight and more minutes for Cook.
Wow...don't know what's more surprising. Collison got hurt, Robinson is activated, or John Rohde reported something useful.
Maybe KD hits a buzzer beater and he can jump him from the bench

And yet, somehow, I feel like there are still 2:1 odds that Collison will manage to take a charge tonight.
Wow, I did not expect nate to come back before the season was over. I dont think it's even been a full 4 weeks since the 4-6 week prognosis.
Nate had tweeted something foreshadowing this last night. Great to have the little guy back bouncing around.
