In KD’s newest 35th Hour, he tackles all the “controversies” that have popped up this summer. Tattoos, team hats, razzing OU and whatever else.
KD summed it up pretty simply about rooting against OU. “I went to Texas and OU’s like our biggest rival and I want OU to lose.” What’s the big deal with that? On wearing a Bulls hat, basically, KD just said he wore it because it looked good. And the tattoos, well, he explains them all. Note: The “W” is NOT for Wisconsin.
You may have asked why KD hasn’t inked his arms. Some saw it for business purposes, but KD said his mom told him not to, and we all know KD does what Wanda says. He also said that he’s saving his arms for a future wife and kids. All together now: Aww.
The lesson here: If you’re complaining about KD’s tattoos, him ripping on OU or him wearing a Bulls hat, you should feel a little stupid right now.
KD gave us all a nice parting gift too. “I’m OKC until they don’t want me no more man. I want to be there the rest of my career. Point blank.” As long as he says stuff like that, he could wear a Texas football helmet in public for all I care.
At KD's level, the PR is just a machine with a life of it's own. And it's kinda sad that he has to make a video responding to such trite issues.
But I thought he came across as completely genuine, both with his answers and with that slightly annoyed look on his face that these were even issues in the first place.
Life in the public eye sucks.
These highlights are just STUPID. top ones include KD through the legs dunk, John Wall behind the back in the air dunk, and the best one was john Wall throwing it OFF THE WALL AND DUNKING IT.

15 games separated the #1 seed from the 7th in the west this season. I think it will under 10 next season.
New Orleans, Houston, Golden State, Phoenix ... one might make the playoffs, but unless they make a significant move, I don't think they will be important.

I agree that both deserve watching. I am watching the Blazers more from a contention standpoint.
Kd just told me that despite talking hanging out with people I dont like that he will love me forever, and ever, and ever, and ever.... I'm going to write his name all over my trapper keeper and my book cover made out of paper bags.
To no one in particular,Everyone should just take Kevin at his word, you know he doesn't lie. He doesn't act like he's somebody he's not (doesn't have to everybody wants to be him) he's just honestly being himself. (You have to respect that).
If he were in the room with you I doubt any one would complain about the things he addressed. Remember he's real. Don't hurt the things you love the most trying to make them perfect in your eyes.

He said he was wearing the hat because it looked good but there are several other teams across the other major pro sports and college that have that red/black color scheme he could have worn instead.
Having said that, I was never mad at him for wearing it. I just would have preferred he didn't. He doesn't have anything left to say to me as a fan. KD is still number 1 in my book.
