FanSaloon NBA Daily Fantasy Rewind

Last night was a very very productive night for daily fantasy NBA. We had several high scoring nights which meant good high scoring games at FanSaloon.com. Kobe Bryant put up a ridiculous 58 daily fantasy points last night. On most nights that is enough to carry a daily fantasy team to victory, but not on Friday. That is because there were many, many more high scoring performances Friday night. Dwight Howard topped the 50 point daily fantasy scoring mark with 51. Probably the only one watching, but Jaycee Carroll absolutely killing it for Real Madrid against Barcelona right now. Never really got much of a shot in the NBA.

Remify

@Jooseppi The only relevant Barca - Real match is in another sport.

@Remify It's relevant in basketball, as well.

Fezzy

@Remify@Jooseppi Some of the games are yea, but not all. Same could be said of a bunch of NBA teams. It's a different style of ball but it can still be entertaining to watch.

Fezzy

It's weird that the team is old enough not to have anyone in the Rookie-Sophmore game

Old Man Game
Old Man Game 5pts

@Fezzy That's what happens when your last two picks have played the way Cole and Reggie have.

Fezzy
Fezzy 5pts

@Old Man Game I was more saying that our main core is old enough now that our young players are fringe role players and not out stars. I felt it was kind of a good sign that we're getting closer to their prime.

Lost Ones
Lost Ones 5pts

@Old Man Game@Fezzy Or thats what happens when your last two picks wouldnt see the floor if not for injury.

Old Man Game
Old Man Game 5pts

@Jooseppi No one's feeling sorry for them here. Just saying they wouldn't be good enough to see the floor if everyone were healthy.

Jooseppi
Jooseppi 5pts

@Old Man Game@Lost Ones@Fezzy Yeah, poor Reggie not being good enough to unseat an All-NBA selection and a good backup.

Old Man Game
Old Man Game 5pts

@Lost Ones@Fezzy Yeah, they wouldn't see the floor, because they aren't good enough to move up the depth chart.

th egood thing about lin, is that is turnover rate is making westbrook look normal.

OkcBaby
OkcBaby 5pts

@f5alcon True. But he has played like 9 games:)

OkcBaby

Jeremy Lin is going to have a long career. He is legit. Hes been setting records since high school. Hes just been underrated. Id also be fine if we didnt pick up anybody before the deadline. We can use the time to develop the rookies and give the cooks and iveys experience time.

nomad

@OkcBaby I agree. Pretty good game so far. 50% shooting, 6 asts, 1TO

Lost Ones
Lost Ones 5pts

@nomad@OkcBaby 3 turnovers.

Lost Ones

We honestly dont get easy buckets, i wish we had some inside scoring from ibaka.

f5alcon
f5alcon 5pts

@Lost Ones he has bad hands, he has always had bad hands, that is not something that is likely to improve.

nomad
nomad 5pts

@f5alcon@Lost Ones I wish they would run some drills like sitting him in front of tennis ball machine for half an hour a day. I really think the hand eye coordination can be developed with enough work. Maybe they already do this, I don't know.

John64

Great job on the podcast guys! I look forward to it every week. I would definitely listen more often if you did more of them. I agree with Brad regarding Jeremy Lin. Let's see more than 9 games before we make him an all star. At least Tebow has a playoff win.

Kreese29
Kreese29 5pts

@John64 Lin and tebow are two different things. Lin can actually play tebow is terrible at his position

TaoMaas
TaoMaas 5pts

@John64 I agree that it's too soon to tell on Lin. I mean...how many games has Russ started...and we're STILL debating him?
