tuned into last minute of Bulls game to see their season end.
OT, but there went Chicago's season
Good podcast. I kinda agree on the point that we might have come out flat against Denver. This will feel more like when LA had to play us first round in 2010. Got them focused and ready for a championship run. I just hope the end result is the same for us as it was for them.
Durant is pretty efficient as a shooter / scorer but when you add in turnovers his Offensive Rating is not that impressive historically. He is 109th best career on ORtg. If his whole career was at this year's rating he'd be around 50th. His very best year would be top 10 if he had it every year.
@Crow High turnovers are a probably a function of his higher usage rate. 3.8 per game is by no means good, but even MJ averaged 3.6 one year. Now, that was a couple of years before he started winning titles, but still. KD's still young. He's still learning how to be a ball-handler at an NBA level. If his turnovers stay high over the next couple of years, I'll be worried, but I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.

@ou_sas Durant's career turnover rate per 100 possessions is about 30% higher than Jordan's.
@Crow Ah. Didn't have access to those numbers. Only the per36 numbers.
