Reader Shawn sent me this video of a beer pong table he built and I must say, wow. That’s some real craftsmanship and handiwork right there. As for the inspiration behind it, here’s what Shawn said: “I few months ago Sports Illustrated Hot Clicks featured a video of a different table called “Chi Pledge Class Beer Pong Table” and once I looked at the write up that was on their site, the wheels in my head started turning.” Turning enough to make an incredibly elaborate beer pong table. Guys, I'm feeling sentimental.
It's so weird having watched this team since year 1. I remember sitting on my crappy college-apartment porch in 2009, with my buddies, talking about how good the Thunder might become ("yeah dude, I love how scrappy Weaver is when he's on the court--with his length, he could become a really great role player"-------"OKC just signed Shaun Livingston!").
It was all so recent. And also seems so long ago.
And I feel like dailythunder mirrors this progression. Does anybody remember when Traber was harassing "little Roycie" who was blogging from "his mother's basement"?
To be fair, Traber probably still thinks this. Oh well.

Royce has far more credibility, and a real group of intelligent dedicated followers then Traber wishes he did. I still say we need to petition for someone to come out on the Animal and have them dedicate a whole hour or day to basketball.
Traber is an idiot who only knows about football/baseball. I'm pretty sure one of us, could take his jobe in no deal, i'm not claiming to be a smart ass, but i have knowledge in Basketball/Soccer/Football/Boxing, and have recently started watching hockey(because of ILIKEPANCAKES), and baseball. I'm pretty sure a great deal of you on here are a hell of alot smarter then i am in just said sports.
Traber has a job because people don't realize he's a one trick pony.
@D@nny It's a shame Traber won't give it up to Royce. I don't even know what started it but Royce does a wonderful job with running this site and keeping it updated. I dread the day Royce "moves on", as he's certainly going to land bigger jobs in the future.

kobe is too old and too selfish.gasol proved himself and isnt doing enough anymore. bynum is too inconsistent.
@tydude kobe has been average about half his playoff appearances. very good to great the other half. he wins when he has somebody else with him who is as great or greater.
this time bynum is doing well, bryant very good at best. gasol pedestrian.

@ElevatorFlatulence a forum is better from small detailed discussions of 2 - 5 interested folks about whatever. this blog format is better for more wide open discussions. it is difficult to conduct a detailed discussion within it though. almost nothing lasts over 24 hours. there are advantages and disadvantages of moving on every day. a choice seems like the best of both worlds for posters but it would be more to watch over as a moderator i quess. not that much watching or moderating is happening here.

And for THUNDER games i dont mind the pre game primer for us discussing our teams games, but lets say after that lakers play someone, we shouldnt clog up the pre game primer with laker news, it starts to smell after a while :P

actually i think the Grizz don't mind the "fake OKC support"...it goes well with your teams fake fan base who go MIA during the regular season...
3 teams OKC afraid of all taking each other out. Clips, Spurs, Grizz. And U pick Grizz because U haven't seen sportcenter highlights over and over of Grizz spanking Thunder. Just remember howmuch U think U love us when we come to your home court and shut U and ur crowd up and sportcenter leads every highlight for a week with ur boys crying. Then U learn to hate us. Grizz don't need no fake OKC support.

Only problem this year is you got the clips, a much worse team than us in my mind. We are actually showing genuine support for you cause we hate the clippers. To be honest, last year the grizz fans that invaded our blog were MUCH better than denver fans, mavs fans and haters all together. Then you come along, butt hurt.
