Honestly guys would it be ethical to fire a coach that has exceeded expectations above anyone could have imagined. When we first got the team, there is no way know one could forsee this amount of success so fast. Now with that being said, do I think Brooks is elite? Not even close but he has done his job and for that, we have too give him a shot...I say 2 year deal! This is coming from a Brooks hater! Lol....

@kdub That's a fair take. If i'm being objective, he did lead the team to the finals, which made it a successful year. I have some concerns with his decision-making in games, and his lack of flexibility. He probably does deserve to come back as the coach of this team, but from this point forward there will be higher expectations.

I just though about something, maybe Brooks assistants are the issue. they are all young and inexperienced except for Cheeks. maybe they upgrade that area cuz when we had Ron Adams our team defense was awesome and then we digressed....people fail to realize that coaching is a team deal and maybe if we keep Brooks Presit demands upgrades on the staff.

@kdub first off, if brooks doesnt bend to his stubbornness then yes he should be let go. That was one of the reasons we couldnt win against miami. I remember bosh just walking around perk like duuuup dadaaaa duuup *dunk* . its THAT bs that makes me question if he has the balls to make a switch. everyone praises him for putting thabo on parker too, HE SHOULD OF DONE THIS IN GAME ONE lol

@Legendary_dork @kdub Brooks is a good coach, Yes the guy is stubborn, and has a shit load to improve but that doesn't mean you don't give him one last chance. I don't have much faith in him, but out of respect you gotta stick to what you got and give it another try. Now if next season we don't make it back to the finals, then let him go.

@ElMexiThunder @Legendary_dork @kdub My biggest issue with brooks i cant blame him for the defense yet, but my biggest gripe is his stubbornness and lack of feel for the game.

Things i'de like to see this off-season
1. No Fisher, or Nazr unless Fish decides to take Ivey's role, and Nazr decides to take Cole's role.
2. No more DC, trade him and the first round for a guy who's contract isn't too heavy, but specifically a SF who's strong and bulky. Doesn't need to be a three point shooter. Diddof mentioned Chris Singleton.
3. Like, Lost Ones said, i actually rather Ibaka work on his catching/passing then post work.
4. KD getting stronger which he already said, and working on his handles just a tad better. Needs to grow his awareness as far as what type of passes to do, and when.
5. As Lost ones posted, Harden already admitted he'll work on his right hand.
6. Cole, and Pliess getting serious practice in the summer league, and training camp.
7. Thabo practicing his 3pt shot everyday, 80 made shots a day. Thats what Nicholas Batum did two season ago
8. Reggie and Maynor duking it out. If need be, it won't be bad to have a small Maynor/Reggie/Harden backcourt through out the season if Reggie's game gets better it wouldn't be bad at all.
@ElMexiThunder 80 screw that. i was doing 80 a day to get ready for high school basketball. darius miles was making 1000 a day back when he was trying to stay in the league.
