Is Serge really going to work out with Hakeem or is this just a rumor?
@Skyline Hakeem's asking to work him out. I say no because it's only going to be a 1 or 2 weeks session. The team as a whole need to learn how to play team defense first before Ibaka can try and help at the other end. The Finals wasn't lost because of a lack of post-scorer for us, it was a lack of team defense
@Skyline yeah 1 week session isn't going to cut out for Serge. We don't need offense. We need defense, all Hakeem wants to do is work on offense like Serge is going to be the new focal point or something
@OBoymuzik @Skyline I talking about order of importance. How high has the Thunder's offense been ranked these past few years? I'm not talking about what knick fans want or Tyson Chandler. I'm talking about what the Thunder need. It'd be nice to see offense from Ibaka but it's not needed. KD and Harden need to work along with Ibaka to become better defenders for the team. What's more important to you? Teams still shooting 3's on us or Ibaka's post presence as a 4th option?

@OBoymuzik @Skyline They could score. The Thunder had no all around defensive sets. That is why 3's and penetration and transition defense killed them. All things the whole team as a group need to work on. With good team defense and natural progression from Ibaka wouldn't command a lot of money that way

@thelaughingwiseman @Skyline he would have go to moves on offense...average more points, get more minutes, help in games where harden or russ can't score, be more active on defense because he's more included in the offense, take the ball away from perk

3. Serge says before olympics that he's planning on going to houston before training camp
now serge is in the congo doing unicef charity work, Tyson chandler is doing unicef work in another country and has cancelled his trip to work with Hakeem. but no word on if serge is still going

@OBoymuzik a series of tweets would sorta defeat part of the motivation. i probably should have posted a long basketball analysis piece - or nothing- but instead i went with drivel. for some reason the part of my brain in control for the moment wanted to do drivel. if it didn't amuse, just forget it. it probably wasn't that amusing. but it occupied my mind for a few minutes and i didnt do anything worse so from my perspective, it probably wasn't that bad. or something.

How is Russ and $90 million dollar man and Harden is the star of this national commercial? I'm not complaining, just pointing it out. It has to be the marketability of the beard. It is quite glorious.

Wishlist for next season,
1. Russ keeps his mohawk thing from Team USA,
2. Durant gets Kareem-esque goggles.
3. Harden trims the beast so it doesn't throw off his center of gravity.
