Any of you remember the story about Norman Richards #?
He was one of the 9 who unfortunately got shot outside the Lakers game 5 and got it the worst, was in critical and ICU for a while and rehab. I heard, not from him but from his manager at the Nike Store on Reno that he is fine now and actually returning to work this week. I left him my # ann hopefully he is going to be at the DailyThunder G2G Game (found out in one of the articles he has actually never been to a game before).

Side note: Ben Wallace wants to play again in the NBA, but the Pistons don't have a roster spot and are trying to go young anyway. Should the Thunder take a look as a backup C? He's still a tremendous defender and rebounder, but can't play significant minutes or do anything on offense. Honestly sounds exactly like a Thunder center.
Moreover, he should be dirt cheap. I can understand wanting to turn over the backup reigns to Aldrich, but I can also understand wanting a better player who has won a championship and is all about working his rear off.
@Keith00 how many teams do you need a true back up center against? Not many. I think we'll start the season with Cole as the back up but as the season goes on Collison and Ibaka will handle the center in the 2nd unit.
@OBoymuzik I'm not saying we are in real need of a Wallace, just that he's a better player than Aldrich. For cheap, I would do it.
@DennisBerry @OBoymuzik I think his age is a positive. He wouldn't be looking for a long term contract, would be cheap, and would never need to get in the way of minute allocation. Also, Ivan Johnson and Shelden Williams have never been any good. Wallace was still a strong defender last year and would have led the Thunder in rebounding rate.

Ouch. Not a good day for Brandon Weeden. Though I'm a fan I'll be honest, I always questioned his ability to play at the next level. To much of a tendency to telegraph his passes and really get tunnel vision on the intended target. Hopefully he improves.
Lunt may be the once with the pro future. I wacthed some of his highlights from last night and that kid can throw the football. 6'4" guys who can throw the ball and have a brain tend to do nice things. I would think he'll be playing at the next level.
If and when the Rams get a good offensive and defensive line, they might be a decent team. It must suck for Bradford to get smacked around 30 times a game.

@OBoymuzik He's healthy enough to play now. But he's the fourth or fifth string WR and doesn't have much to any value on special teams at the moment.
