The Thunder will make a “major announcement” today at 3 p.m., obviously to award James Harden Sixth Man of the Year.
Harden will be the first player to win a major individual award in Thunder franchise history. (KD obviously won Rookie of the Year in Seattle.)
He finished the season averaging 16.8 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 31.4 minutes per game. His PER was 21.1 and he had percentages of 49.1 percent from the floor, 39.0 percent from 3 and 82.0 percent from the line.
Instead of (or maybe in addition to) t-shirts on every seat there should be beards for everyone to wear. Pay homage to the greatest Beard that ever lived.

Not to be nitpicky, but I believe that Harden shot 86% from the line this year.

Man this summer is going to be more nerve-wracking than the moments before taking a final when we have to wait on the contract signings of Harden and Ibaka...

Congrats to the beard! He is a class guy. Anyone know when they announce MVP and al NBA teams? I know consensus is that Lebron will win MVP, but I'm still hoping for KD.
Maybe they'll announce that they've agreed to a 4 yr. contract, too. It never hurts to wish!
