The Thunder have signed guard Mustafa Shakur on 10-day deal, the team announced Sunday.
With Reggie Williams’ 10-day deal expiring, the Thunder will add Shakur, who will provide point guard depth behind Russell Westbrook and Reggie Jackson. Which is important, because the Thunder have a series of back-to-backs coming in the oncoming weeks, and Westbrook is scheduled to sit some of those.
Shakur, who played for the Thunder some in 2009-10, has played 20 games for the 66ers, averaging 18.6 points, 6.7 assists and 4.6 rebounds.
Shakur will be available on Sunday against the Mavericks.
