Kelly Dwyer of BDL on KD’s night at Rucker: “This is a game that people need to see. This is a game that needs to be watched, even if Reggie Miller is calling the action. This is a game that, sometime around early November, needs to come back into people’s lives. This is a game that counts for absolutely nothing, but means all the world to those who have given their lives to it. NBA? The NBA’s players? This isn’t a game.”
KD isn’t the only one with business tats.
Zach Harper at HoopSpeak on KD’s 66: “Forget video game mode. That’s serial killer mode. That’s some Dexter-level villainy. He was killing in a similar way, but each time getting more and more graphic and extravagant in the way he killed his victims and then gratified himself sexually over the bodies. He got sloppy with each one, leaving evidence at the scene. It was like he wanted to get caught. He wanted to even the playing ground between him and the detectives working hard to stop this trend of bodies he was leaving all over Harlem. The scary thing is they never caught him. He’s still out there. He’s lurking around the perimeter, waiting to enter your domicile and kill again.”
Gregg Doyel of CBSSports.com on the lockout: “So I’m ignoring the nonsense coming out of everyone’s mouth. The owners. The union. The media. This is the NFL lockout all over again. It’s the debt ceiling crisis. Give a deadline to important people with that much on the line, and they’ll meet it. Along the way they’ll whine and they’ll moan, and they’ll procrastinate until the last minute. But like my 15-year-old son does with his biggest homework projects, they’ll stay up late when it counts and get it done. Because the alternative is unacceptable. As for you, believe what you want. But if you pay sticker price for this lockout apocalypse, you’re a sucker.”
KD is bringing back the jumper.

He scored 41 points and hit a 3-pointer with 5.7 seconds left to send the game to overtime where his team, The Franchise, beat Lucas’ squad, Big Apple Basketball, 146-143.”
