They never stood a chance. The Thunder bigs–Isaiah Roby, Darius Bazley, Mike Muscala, and company–faced up against one of the NBA’s best bigs in Nikola Jokic. Jokic (an easy 27/12/6) and the Nuggets ruthlessly carved up Oklahoma City after a competitive first frame. Lu Dort’s impressive shooting (3-6 3PA) continued, and Isaiah Roby’s offensive competence (10 points, 8 rebounds) once again showed through in a spot start for daddy Horford. The rest of OKC’s roster accumulated stats, but were clearly overmatched on both ends for most of the contest.
