3 Big Things
- Moose Is Loose: Mike Muscala doesn’t get the credit he deserves for the incredible season he’s having so far. It’s kind of expected that he’ll be better than a bunch of 19-year-olds, but the Moose is hitting career highs in FG%, 3PT%, and points. Live your best life, Muscala, and bring us that first-round pick.
- Baze, Again: 15 points in 4 minutes. That’s really all you need to know about Darius Bazley’s stellar performance against the Pelicans on Wednesday. Double-doubles are becoming a nightly occurrence for Bazley. There really is no ceiling to what Bazley can accomplish this season. We at Daily Thunder expect big things for Baze in the future (Crossbolts plug).
- The Kids Are Alright: Between the Thunder and the Knicks, tonight’s game will feature a ton of young talent on both sides. If you’re #TeamTank, then this isn’t a game you want the Thunder to win considering the Knicks will also be competing for a top-3 draft pick. But, you can still be excited by how much better Théo Maledon will look next to #8 draft pick Obi Toppin. I know. I hate this too.
