Via Realtor.com, Durant has listed his home in Gaillardia for a smooth $1.95 million. He paid $1.799 million for it in 2011.

The house has a guest house and a pool, with five bedrooms, four bathrooms and 5,545 square feet of space.

Now, if you’re hyperventilating about this, don’t. Remember: KD recently purchased two condos in Deep Deuce recently that he plans to combine into one 7,400-foot mini-mansion. He paid $1.769 million for that.
