Move over Peyton Manning, Kevin Durant is taking over

ESPN’s new NBA spot is outstanding, and not just because KD is in it. Hilarious would be a good word to describe it. As for KD’s performance, I’d say it was a combination of Brando from On the Waterfront with a hint of Gregory Peck from Cape Fear. Really powerful stuff.

KD being on the cover of the new ESPN the Mag, the Hyperizers spot and now this, it’s safe to say that his profile has been raised substantially. He’s quickly becoming a household NBA name and more of this stuff is sure to come. Which is just unreal. I can’t get enough of seeing a jersey with “Oklahoma City” on it on a national magazine cover.
