Welcome Back, Brandon

Brandon Ingram is averaging 23.2 PPG and just dropped 29 in his return from injury against Phoenix. My calculations say Lu Dort will help Ingram regress all the way to the mean by holding him to 17 or fewer points.

Size Matters, Until it Doesn't

OKC is trying to build a team that transcends most of the trade-offs between tall defenders and short shooters. Case-in point: Cason Wallace blocked three shots and posterized the Raptors at 6'3:

And don't look now, but Isaiah Hartenstein has taken a three in three-straight games. iHart is no Chet Holmgren on the perimeter (he's missed all of those shots), but this is the kind of skill-stretching that OKC is looking for. If everyone can defend and shoot, at virtually every height, the typical roster and playstyle limitations that govern most teams' capsheet and rotations do not have to apply to this Thunder juggernaut.

Prediction: OKC 145 NOP 107 (with one iHart made three)
