175. That’s the amount of days since the Thunder, or what was left of them, last took the floor. Tonight they walk into the same arena, but with a team that’s ready to fight for a lot more than just the 8 seed in the playoffs.

This revolution won’t be televised, but there could be a stream or two floating about around game time, so keep an eye out. Happy basketball, everyone.

3 Big Things

1. Hi, KD. Durant looked like Durant at the Blue-White Scrimmage last week, going for 28 points on 10-17 shooting. He and Westbrook are slated to play around 18-22 minutes tonight. It will be his first action with Enes Kanter, Kyle Singler and D.J. Augustin.

2. 2-guard Minutes. Roberson gets the starting nod tonight and is still the odds on favorite to start opening night against the Spurs, but this preseason gives opportunity to Waiters/Morrow to make a case for those starting minutes.

3. Billy Ball. Everyone is interested to see the kind of offense the players have been hinting at over the last 10 days, and tonight we get an early look. It’s important to note that overreaction, good and bad, is all-too common for preseason games. Let’s just enjoy a healthy squad for the first time in 12 months shall we?
